Exterior Refurbishment of a Villa in Pinheiros Altos

This project consisted of:

Full re render and painting of the external areas of the villa;
Re tiling 4 traditional roofs with re insulation & waterproofing;
Deep cleaning of all roofs, patios & terraces, replacing broken floor & roof tiles and repairing any lose mortar with new one;
Sealing the entire tiled roofs with hydroforget;
Re calsading the drive way;
Design and installation of a 6m x 4m electric sky light.
